Send Photos by Postal Mail

  • I strongly suggest sending duplicates of your originals to prevent loss or damage during shipment. I will scan your photos for you into quality sized files.  Your photos will be returned to you.
  • Include some type of heavy cardboard to prevent bending or damage.  I strongly suggest using Photo Mailers that are available at your local Post Office or Office Supply Store.
  • Do not send rare or valuable photos via postal mail.  Have them scanned or duplicated.

E-mail Photos

  • Images should be in JPEG format and measure a minimum of 1024x768 pixels at 300dpi.  Low resolution files result in digitalized distortion of photos.
  • Do not provide photos through an on-line photo sharing site as files are minimized for on-screen display only.
  • I suggest sending multiple E-mails with a maximum of four attachments files each.

CollagebyCollins is not responsible for photos lost or damaged during shipment.
