Service Policy
PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER
Once your payment is sent to paypal and confirmed, and
I receive your photos, I will begin the design you choose. You will
receive a rough draft within 72 hours by E-mail.
(sometimes longer, depending on work flow, seasonal--please ask)
TIMING
From the time you give your Proof Approval,
your prints will be mailed to you within
5 days by USPS
(excludes weekends)

(USPS First Class 2 to 5 day delivery)
I cannot be responsible for mail delays, especially
during certain holiday seasons.
Please Order Early!
When you receive
your proof, you will be able to make change requests, if necessary.
A new proof, with changes, will be E-mailed to you again.
Please check your E-mail often to expedite your final proof.
After you send your Proof Approval, I will digitally complete and
review the design, and it will then be sent out to the printing service or
e-mailed to you.
Proof Approval is an E-mail stating that you are happy
with the look of your final proof.
I are confident that you will love my designs, but because of the custom nature and time frame of our designs, monetory reimbursement is not possible after the print process has begun. I will gladly reimburse a FULL REFUND if you are not happy with your proof or before the custom collage or invitations are in the print process. Please feel confident!
When you receive your watermarked proof of your custom photo collage or Custom Photo Print by E-mail, you are allowed to make change requests. A new watermarked proof, with changes, will be E-mailed to you again. Your Custom Photo Collage will continue to be amended
until you are completely satisfied and we receive your approval.
Once you give your proof approval, your Custom Photo Collage will be digitally completed, and the file will be sent to our printing service.
The final hard copy print precision is dependent on the clarity of the original photographs supplied by the you. Damage or missing sections
of photographs can often be corrected and/or rebuilt. However blurry/fuzzy originals will result in some blur in final print, especially if it enlarged.
* Because of the custom nature of any of our Custom Photo Collages and Custom Photo Prints, once a Custom Photo Collage or Custom
Photo Print is approved by you, no further change request will be accepted, and monetory reimbursement is not possible.
* Please note that colors and saturations may vary slightly from proof to final print due to monitor and lab printing calibration differences.
* www.collagebycollins.com is not responsible for photos lost or damaged during shipment. I strongly suggest sending duplicates of your originals to prevent loss or damage during shipment. Do not send rare or valuable photos via postal mail. Have them scanned or duplicated.
Sending your photos by E-mail is our sincere suggestion for speed of processing
your design and to prevent loss or damage of your photos during shipment.
