PROFESSIONAL PRINTING
Our professional printing service uses high quality FUJI Professional Photo Paper
to produce colors that are more true to life.
For example: the same photo paper and weight of prints that you receive
when having your digital photos printed at a quality photo lab.
Invitations / Announcements are a printed on 4x6 or 5x7 high quality photographic paper ---
The Invitation Photos fit perfectly in the provided envelope made especially
for 4x6 and 5x7 photos.

Announcements are not printed on Card Stock

You will be sending us one or two photographs. Not just any photo...meaning
you can send us a photo of a memento, ticket, old postcard / letter, vintage
card, etc. and we can use it as a background in place of one of the two photos.

Tips for best image quality:
Images should be in JPEG format and measure a minimum of 1024 x 768 pixels
at 300 dpi. Low-resolution files result in digitalized distortion of photos.
Do not provide photos through an on-line photo-sharing site as files are
Minimized for on-screen display only.
Professional photos cannot be used without written permission from the
Photographer. We cannot be held liable for copyrighted photos.
SCANNED PHOTOS
If you are sending us a photo that you are scanning, it should be
saved in JPEG format with a minimum of 300 dpi.
If you do not have access to a scanner, most photo developing shops
will be able to scan the photos for you. Make sure the scanner and photo
are clear of dirt and soil, as they will become magnified as dust
and scratched on the final scan.
OR
If you prefer, send us a reprint of the original photo and we will scan it for you
at 600 dpi for outstanding quality and we will mail it back to you with your order.

Most large chain department stores have self-serve photo copy service.
PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER
Once your payment is sent to paypal and confirmed, and
we receive your photos, we will begin the design you choose. You will receive
a rough draft within 72 hours by E-mail
(sometimes longer, depending on work flow, seasonal--please ask)
When you receive
your proof, you will be able to make change requests, if necessary.
A new proof, with changes, will be E-mailed to you again.
Please check your E-mail often to expedite your final proof.
After you send us your Proof Approval, we will digitally complete and
review our design, and it will then be sent out to our printing service.
Proof Approval is an E-mail stating that you are happy
with the look of your final proof.
We are confident that you will love our designs, but because of the custom nature and time frame of our designs, monetory reimbursement is not possible after the print process has begun, or the large resolution file has been sent to you. We will gladly reimburse a FULL REFUND if you are not happy with your proof or before the custom collage or invitations are in the print process, or before the large resolution file is sent to you. Please feel confident!
TIMING
From the time you give us your Proof Approval,
your 4x6 or 5x7 Invitations will be mailed to you within
5 days by USPS
(excludes weekends)
(sometimes longer, depending on work flow, seasonal--please ask)
(USPS First Class 2 to 5 day delivery)
We cannot be responsible for mail delays, especially
during certain holiday seasons.
Please Order Early!
ORDER EARLY
Please order early to give yourself plenty of time for addressing and mailing
your Invitations / Announcements.
Order your invitations at least (3) three weeks before the date you
expect to mail them. Mail your invitations to friends and family a
minimum of (2) weeks before the special event!
