Within 72 HOURS (sometimes longer, depending on # of pictures or design) you will recieve a watermarked proof
for your approval via E-mail. When you receive your proof you may make change requests if necessary. A new proof will
be E-mailed to you. Your Custom Photo Collage, Collage Set, Special Effect Print, Restoration,Invitation, will be amended until you
are satisfied and give us your Proof Approval.
PROOF APPROVAL is an E-mail from you stating that you are satisfied with the look of your final proof.
After you send your Proof Approval,
the file will be sent out to the printing service, which takes
2-3 days to print, then mailed to you USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL 2-5 day delivery.
Orders weighing less than 16 ounces are shipped USPS First Class Mail. Orders over 16 ounces are shipped USPS Priority
Mail. From the time you give your Proof Approval, you will receive your prints within 5 to 10 business days.
*however, during certain holiday seasons, it may take a few extra days to receive your order.
Your original photos, CD/DVD, if sent through postal mail, will be mailed back to you at no additional cost.
