How long does the whole process take?

What is your refund policy?
Your purchase is completely refundable up through the time you give your proof approval. Because of the custom nature of all services, once your design is approved by you, no further change requests will be accepted and monitory reimbursement is not possible. I will gladly reimburse a FULL REFUND if you are not happy with your proof, or before the custom collage or invitations are in the print process. PLEASE FEEL CONFIDENT!
Will you mat or frame my collage?
We do not offer framing. We do offer "digital matting" which simulates traditional "frame shop" mats, but is actually a part of the print. Any mat that you see in our slide show can be added as part of the collage at no additional cost. All digital mats will be color coordinated to match the tone of your collage, or you can request the texture or color of your choice.
Do you offer text on collages/photos?
Yes. There is no additional charge and no limit to the amount of words used. But remember, "when using a large amount of wording/text, the text size must be reduced to "fit" the design" Please take that into consideration.
Will my photos be cropped?
Cropping may be necessary to (clean-up) the edges of the photograph; especially on older, worn photos, and is necessary on some of our Custom Photo Collage Designs. If you DO NOT want cropping done on a certain photo/photos, please let me know before I start the design of your Collage, Invitations, etc. Cropping is only done on a copy of your photo.
Can you repair my photos?
Yes corrections, enhancements, and minor restoration is included...brightness, contrast, small scratch, blemish, straighten, fade correction, crop, etc. I want your photo to look its best. (I reserve the right not to accept a photo if it is beyond what I feel is repairable, or beyond repair time restrictions) If it is a photo is extremely damaged, but still repairable, I will quote you a price and option, if you still would like to have it repaired. Price depends on the amount of extra time it will take to repair. Photo restoration is a time-consuming process.
How do you arrange my photos?
Your photographs will be arranged to present a well-balanced final collage. Your photos can also be arranged based on your instructions. If you would like a particular photo enlarged and centered, for example, please include instructions before the design process begins. I will contact you frequently by E-mail throughout the collage or print design process, confirming your requests, and sending you updated proofs, for your approval.
What is a watermarked proof?
A professional mark ©CollagebyCollins.com that appears across the front of the proof which protects our images from being copied...copyright.
