You will be sending us any images or scanned item.
Send us a copy of some of a vintage photo, a digital photo, a scanned copy of a memento,
ticket, old postcard/letter, vintage card, business card, etc.
1024 x 768 pixels
at 300 dpi. Low-resolution files result in digitalized distortion of photos.
Do not provide photos through an on-line photo-sharing site as files are
minimized for on-screen display only.
Professional photos cannot be used without written permission from the
photographer. We cannot be held liable for copyrighted photos.
SCANNED PHOTOS
If you are sending us a photo that you are scanning, it should be
saved in JPEG format with a minimum of 300 dpi.
If you do not have access to a scanner, most photo developing shops
will be able to scan the photos for you. Make sure the scanner and photo
are clear of dirt and soil, as they will become magnified as dust
and scratched on the final scan.
PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER
Once your payment is sent to paypal and confirmed, and
we receive your photos, we will begin the design you choose. You will receive
a rough draft within 24 – 72 hours by eMail
(sometimes longer depending on workflow, seasonal, detail of design)
When you receive your proof, you will be able to make change requests,
if necessary.
A new proof, with changes, will be E-mailed to you again.
Please check your E-mail often to expedite your final proof.
After you send us your Proof Approval, we will digitally complete our design.
Proof Approval is an E-mail stating that you are happy
with the look of your final proof.
